Conditions of the SKIBUS transfer service

Scope and conditions of service

• The shuttle service is intended exclusively for users with a valid ski pass.

• The service will cover the journeys from the designated collection points to the ski resort and back.

• Reservations can be made from 10 days before the transfer until 11.59 p.m. the day before.

• Tickets must always be purchased in round trip format on the same day.

• It is recommended to download the ticket to the mobile phone (screenshot, PDF...) to show it to the driver and thus avoid connection problems.

• A maximum of one pair of skis or one snowboard per user will be allowed, together with a luggage bag. Additional equipment will not be accepted.

• The company is not responsible for any loss or damage that luggage or sports equipment may suffer during the journey.

• Users are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards other passengers and bus staff.

• It is not allowed to consume food, drink, alcohol or prohibited substances during the journey. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the expulsion of the passenger.

Schedules and punctuality

• The buses will follow a fixed schedule. It is the responsibility of the user to be present at the collection point at the indicated time.

• Adjustments due to weather conditions: In case of bad weather or closure of the ski resort, the company reserves the right to modify, delay or cancel the shuttle service.

• An attempt will be made to notify users in advance of any schedule change or cancellation, but the company is not responsible for extraneous circumstances that affect the service.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations by users must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
